Hello,
I received your e-mail this morning about the big changes coming to Palamino. Congratulations! I, too, am a fan of your Chop Chop Salad, but look forward to trying the deviled eggs as well!

I'm on the board of Seattle Musical Theatre, the only local, professional theatre company that produces stricly musicals. We perform in Magnuson Park in NE Seattle, in the renovated movie theatre of the former Sand Point Naval Air Station.

One of the ways we stay afloat each season is by holding fund raisers. On April 17-18, we have our annual ArtBounce event, a sale of donated, "used" art that we then sell to new owners. I noticed you're replacing your artwork in the restaurant and this note is to ask if you'd be willing to donate the art pieces to our event.

For your donation, Palamino would receive much recognition for your generosity through our Web site, our show program, our newsletter, signage at the event, etc., and many more things I can go over with you when we speak.

Please consider this donation as a way of helping a deserving arts organization that is truly struggling in these hard economic times, to continue to produce quality, professional musical theatre and keep our Puget Sound Community a great place to live and work.

I can be reached at 206/850-2990 any time. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best Regards and again, Congratulations,
Carolyn Holmberg

Ok, gotta ask, are you keeping the Portabello soup? It's the first thing I ever had at Palomino almost 10 years ago and it's one of my favorites.
