I come to Palomino weekly for the great food. Why would you change what is working? There is too much competition downtown and if you remove my favorite items, I wont be back. I think you think your blog is too cute by half.

We our pulling inspiration from all of the great Seattle partners like Uli’s Sausage, Macrina Bakery and Salumi Meats. We will keep a lot of the great items you love (chop chop for instance), but we will also bring you some great new items too.
